Great question! I keep track of phone calls, but not in a systematic way. I have been thinking of a way to do this securely and electronically because I float to different offices often and are not able to carry that information back and
forth. I would also like to have it accessible to my team in case someone calls for a follow up. Then my team can see that I’ve called them and the history of conversation there.
We all use SharePoint so I was thinking of making a spreadsheet for this space that I can access at home, but then I can’t put patient information which would be a drawback.
