I’m the TB Controller for GA and I wanted to know if this matrix for Patient Centered Care for TB Nurse Case Managers is being used. It was developed in 2006-2007.
The document says that the tool was developed by an expert panel consisting of 10 TB nurse consultants and performance measurement experts by describing established practice activities.
TB nurses tested the tool by reviewing local health jurisdiction records at 12 sites in 8 states (10 TB patients per state) and marking recorded activities on the goal matrix tool.
