Good afternoon everyone,

I am in the process of spearheading a travel protocol work group. This group will be a short term work group comprised of some of our TB Division staff, a TB Clinic Nurse, and five local public health nurses who manage TB in their respective communities. One thing on my planned discussion list is creative ways to ascertain a patient’s travel plans, forms others may use which contain travel questions. We find that people often tell us the day before rather than early on in the nursing assessment. Any help would be appreciated.
