Hi fellow nurses.  Although we’re not billing for our TB clients yet (except for Medicaid), we’re still applying assessment codes to our encounters and I was wondering what assessment code you’re using for those you’ve placed on window treatment?  I don’t want to use a positive LTBI code like R76.11 (TB Skin Test Positive) or R76.12 (QFT-GIT Positive), but it seems odd to code as a Z11.1 (TB Skin Test or QFT-GIT Negative) but have the client on medication until 2^nd round testing.  Any suggestions you have would be much appreciated.  Thank you!  -L
