I have several patients that have had minor complaints related with the 3HP. I do have one patient that suffered 2 strokes while taking 3HP. We have been giving 3HP in Arkansas for several years now. Statewide I am not sure of all the med complaints. In the region I work, there have been 3 patients end up in the Emergency Room, one of these being my stroke patient.
