Good Morning Ann,

The attached document is the Texas Department of State Health Services Clinical Assessment for Tuberculosis Medication Toxicity form. It’s a great tool to monitor a patient being treated for LTBI and active TB disease.

Hope this is helpful!

Hello nurse colleagues,

Another “Rather than re-inventing the wheel” request from a nurse here in CA, Jennie Brown, who is looking for an example of an RN protocol for monitoring patients on treatment for LTBI.  Her setting is a student health clinic setting but any examples would be helpful.  We’d be very appreciative if you have something already available and are willing to share if you would forward to us.

Thanks in advance for any examples you may have to share!
