Greetings,

We are looking for Policies & Procedures for Self-Administer Therapy for 12-dose Isoniazid (INH)/Rifapentine (3HP) Regimen for LTBI treatment.  The population may include HIV (+) not on antiretrovirals who may want to complete their regimen quickly.

The focus concerns are:

1. Criteria for inclusion or exclusion
2. Packaging, Do you watch patient count out the medication and if any confusion, exclude from SAT?
3. How often do patients return for follow up evaluation or pick up additional doses?
4. Handling Drug Interactions, Adverse Reactions and side effects
5. Other pertinent education/information to the patient
